Jason is a 5th generation Santa Barbara area native where his great- great-great-grandfather Henry Fish founded the Henry Fish Seed Company in 1872 on 20 oceanfront acres, which is now the Carpinteria State Park. Jason enjoys his time with the love of his life, two daughters Sterling and Ruby, and their darling golden retriever, Penny. Outside of his passion for Real Estate, Jason enjoys fitness, travel, and back-county heli-snowboarding.

Kerry Klayman was born in the Bronx, raised just outside New York City and has had the opportunity to travel extensively in Europe and Asia with a quick stop in Africa. Her world view has given her a special appreciation for all Southern California has to offer. Her training in strategic marketing, graphic design, photography and cinematography stems from years as a corporate Art Director, published photographer and graduate of Brooks Institute, Ithaca College and Rye Country Day School. As if by habit, she seamlessly shifts gears from collaborating with team members to solving technical issues to brainstorming with clients—all while juggling priorities to meet looming deadlines. She grasps the big picture, sizes-up the competition, refines the details and delivers bold advertising campaigns that stand alone. It’s almost as if she found her own powers from watching all those superhero movies she loves. Born and raised in Northern California, Dakota Kramer fell hard for Santa Barbara when she moved here to attend UCSB. Now a Santa Barbara enthusiast, Dakota loves the opportunity to help people achieve their real estate goals in what she deems as the greatest Southern California city.
